what he does not want (yet) is a crown^^
edit: power armor is Recon, Marine and cataphracts, if you give him a recon armor, he is more than happy until the end of the game (no matter how high you promote him)
i can imagin this might change at some point, but for now, its enough
In answer to your other question: The power armors are, in order of weakest to strongest, Recon Armor/Helmet, Marine Armor/Helmet, and Cataphract Armor/Helmet. Nobles don't appear to care about the tier of power armor regardless of their rank either.
Probably because you are missing an Eltex Shirt or Formal Shirt.
Edit: On second thoughy, there's a solid chance this may not be up-to-date because it doesn't mention power armour directly, and searching for that links to Marine Armor - and even though it mentions Grenadier Armor, it doesn't seem to link to Phoenix Armor.
So my *guess* would be that we're looking for variants of Cataphract Armor (because Royalty), but alas I can't be more helpful with this one.
So, "psycaster apparel" refers to the whole set, and not just one item? Darn, I wouldn't have considered this myself.
