Problem with Royals and equippment - Unequipping noble apparel

As the title says I have a little problem with my Royals.
Dame and Knight.
I have ruffel shirts and hats for them but also warm jackets and mantles
Problem is that they drop the noble apparel the moment I clear forced wear even when they are allowed (and WANT) to wear it.
Anybody got something like that going on too ?

Use the 'Outfit Manager' in the 'Assign' tab.
Create a 'Noble' outfit and you can specify exactly what you want/don't want them to wear automatically.
I choose ruffle shirt and disallow all other shirts, lady hat and disallow all other hats AND helmets and I allow either parka or duster depending on weather.

Set the 'Hit Point' slider to 51-100% on all outfits and they will automatically swap out their tattered, too.

I have done that now but even when everything is allowed a noble shouldnt do that.
They unequip the stuff they want:

After telling them to equip the stuff they want and need they shouldnt drop it the next moment.

I have no problem with the small debuff as they are more than happy (full bar despite the whining) but still. Its annoying as hell

to be honest, i would rather complain not wearing good cloth than freeze to death... just saying
