I'd point you to a nice tutorial on organizing mod lists for best compatibility and efficiency but it looks like Ludeon's forums are currently borked.
Just google 'All your base rimworld' and pop into the link starting with [Tool].
The AYB mod itself may not be updated for the current version of 1.1 circling around, but there is also a guide suggesting what mods should go in what order to prevent conflicts and errors.
mods that integrate harmony and use different versions are causing bigger issues, maybe some other mods are creating bugs, either on their own or when combined with another mod.
there is no way around in deactivating all mods and activating them step by step (not everyone on its own, but in small batches)
lots of mods=lots of possible problems.
either cut down your mods to just the important stuff, or go throuth the list over the long haul
On the up-side, it gave me a good reason to stop and rebuild my modlist from scratch, dumping everything and then adding the few which were important to my preferred playstyle.
You got a fix or is it just about waiting ? ^^
ahh okay fair so maybe they will fix it soon..
