repair workbench or mend and recycler mod

which one should i get?

how about you give both a try and find out whats more enjoyable for you. recommending one out of two mods usually depends on what you already have going and what you're looking for.

was gonna do that anyway but i was just curious what people have to say about those two mods.

i used the workbench in the past and makes live very easy IIRC repairing apparell for free (or maybe low cost). the mending mod on the other hand requires you to make costly mending kits and has you thinnking what you actually wanna repair. on the other hand it lets you easily recycle apparell to craft new one (good for getting more crafting xp). but ye both mods basically do the same but dont synergize the same with existing modpacks.

in e.g. if you are already struggling with ressources due to highcost addition by mods the workbench might be the better choice. on the other hand if you rely on story tellers that like to send tons of raids mending could be better suited

i think im gonna go with mending and see how it goes. i dont want it to be too easy.
