Throne Rooms?

so one my guys is a minor noble and erquires a 25 square throne room. So I build him one with a throne and 2 braziers. He is still un happy anyway to figure out why

mouse over the alert telling you the room is insufficient, and it will tell yiou why.

They need a certain amount of "Beauty" to function.
So flooring is absolutely needed

Yep - it works pretty much the same as assigning a bed, except you do it manually.

The usual reason I have the 'insufficient room' thing is because I repurposed an existing room that people walk through, and the dirt-covered floor brings the Beauty value down below the required amount. :-)

@OP, I think a higher tier requires a 30-tile bedroom and 80-tile throneroom. Might be worth checking the other titles in-game, and setting aside space for when your current pawn moves up in the world.
