For that you need Pain. Higher pain, faster cooldowns, higher sustained casting. You may want to go with Masochist as well.
I didn't notice that, but I getcha. Still looking good with an 80% boost to the pool. I'm also still dickin around early game here (damn kids) and will carry on - but with all that in mind.
Cheers (:
I got told that someone that lacks social skills is going to have a hard time or be outright impossible to function from the very start in royal court with it being a purely social deal. But I kinda forgot that the guy I picked to rank up was psychically deaf. It turns out that even though he can install the powers, earn the right to use them, someone that is psychically deaf can NEVER use those powers!
My bad, my mistake thinking after the fact not putting it together that someone immune to psychic attacks could be also prevented from using them. But I wish I was told sooner than when installing the damned thing wasting it.
And the demands those buggers have when they do earn ranks aren't really worth it if you ask me. Yeah you get someone with magical attacks, but they can't do near anything else and need you to build/rebuild your base around their very picky tastes.
Psychically deaf have immunity to psychic attack (besides wave)? This would be/is still useful to know (:
Fortunately for me, my uber dude is hot all round... which makes it balance out somewhat when he eventually cools down. I kinda like this.
