Title missing bedroom

Anyone know how to assign a title to a bedroom?
I've don't all the required stuff (16 floor tiles (to make sure I made them empty ones), all floored, a double bed) and I've asigned the colonist to the bed.
But I'm still getting the complaint that's they've not got a title bedroom.

Is it a modded double bed? Once you have all 16 floors tiled, a proper double bed, and it's in a room, all you have to do is assign that colonist to the room who has the title. My Esquire has a larger room that I used to host a royal.

It's a vanilla bed, but i did use modded floors.

I'll switch those out to check.

Found the problem; it was the animal sleeping spot.
