Can't Unsubscribe from 3 mods

So for 1.1 I decided to clean slate the game and unsubscribed from all mods, but 3 of them I can't unsub from because they apparently no longer exist (so I was subbed when they were taken down). Is there a way to remove them from the list? Obviously I deactivated them, but they don't seem to be fully removable.

on the workshop you can go to items - subscribed items in the drop down and do it there
