Can you possibly assign them indoor winter-time work - like cutting stones / making statues (hippie slave camp, those things sell for a good penny once the pawns get good at Art) ?
if everyone is outside then forbid it, so they stay out.
dont know if this work, cause i dont use the prison labor mod.
but if they are outside and cant go inside i think they will just work? til you want them back inside.
you just enable it back again and forbid it again so they stay inside.
ofcourse requires abit of attention and micromanagment, but i use F all the time to block some pawns inside some rooms and its not a big deal.
Them, not working isnt my problem, they work fine, my problem is that i have to hold the door open for them to get to the outside and work, but when i hold the door open the cold comes in and they freeze.
Also, the way you set up your prison helps. I give my prisoners small cells to sleep in and a "common area" between their cells and the outside prison yard. Set the prison yard/common area door to stay open in the day time and right before their work day ends set it to stay closed. The cell doors themselves are set to stay open at all times.
Don't use this mod if you have animal pens.
