After a prisoner kept trying to escape from it's cell i decided to cut off arms and legs and took out the eyes of said prisoner. Then i adjusted that prisoner free to be abused by my colonists (was a mod, Rimjobworld or so). It had to suffer in a dark, non heated room with only raw human meat to eat. Gladly it survived for quite a while since i had 2 nymphs. Sadly it died on some spiders that i... kind of put in it's cell to see what happens.... (Arachnophobia mod).
P.S. I just set him free to be abused as i was somewhat annoyed them nymphs jumping over the rest of my colony as soon as someone went to bed....Too many were depressed of disturbed sleep.

Used several tribal villages to help me to finish my ICBM development. Without asking for their consent ofk. ^_^

Don't mention canon : cyborgs colonies (forced bionics), replacing prisoners organs with crude prosthetics before releasing them and force prisoners to fight each other so I can train medicine again and again.

Ohw and another time i built a prison cell with a puller so my colonists only had to enter that room to rearm the trap that was in front of that cell where the puller drops the food inside said prisoner cell.... Not sure if this is now that evil. But i had a laugh each time that prisoner tried to get some food. :)
Jeap i like the automatization the Industry Roller mod offers *shrug.

Oh my god. I am so kind in Rimworld. I think the "worst thing" I'd ever done was release a prisoner in the winter in just prison-wear (t shirt, pants).

Sims and Creatures 2 were different stories though ...

I had an allied faction's caravan show up during the middle of a siege. A couple of their pawns got hit with a few mortars before I managed to stop the siege. Unfortunately I couldn't save everyone and a few of their caravan members died, but I did manage to save two of them. One of the survivors had one of their lungs destroyed by a mortar shell. Fortunately for him, I managed to capture one of the siegers, so I took one of the new prisoner's lungs and used it to replace the lung that the caravaner lost.

You break it, you bought it. Unfortunately for the prisoner, the payment is in organs.

Probably leaving a bandit that was 100% crippled from a bullet we put into her spine after raiding her outpost. She was slowing my people down too much and we really, really needed the food in the caravan for the colony.

I just imagined we left her proped up on a rock facing the sunset or something. Hey, maybe someone found her and rescued her and she didn't die horribly of dehydation or animal predation! Yeah, yeah, that sounds right...

Oh, wait. I forgot about the abortion kibble story. Nevermind. I have done much worse things than leave cripples to die on the plains of Rimworld.
Lord Quinton 10 ENE 2019 a las 10:32 p. m.
remember, theres evil, and then theres Evil. leaving a crippled raider to die on the plains so that you can get desperately needed food back home isn't so much evil as necessity. Now, if you had stopped to perform some spontaneous surgery so that all their organs didn't go to waste, that'd be Evil.

And I can't really fault anyone for doing terrible things to raiders that are your prisoners, had they won, they'd have done much worse things i'm sure, besides, hows that saying go? Revenge is a dish best served to someone with 2 new peg legs and arms?

It's both. :)

Some of the unpleasant events in this game actually make for good storytelling. Leaving somebody behind out of desperation = drama!

Whelp. I've got one. This one's bad. Real bad.

I had four rose plants potted in the rec room next to the pool table. They were planted for a wedding (yes, two of my colonists got married by the pool table--that was pretty heinous of me, but that's not the worst thing I did here) and somehow, when one of the rose bushes died and the pot emptied, my gardener managed to plant daylilies in that pot.

NO. BAD GARDENER. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE ROSES.

So I opened Dev Mode, placed a rose plant in that pot, then used the Grow To Maturity command on it. Then I noticed the daylilies were still in the pot. I had ended up with TWO plants right on top of each other.

Innocently enough, I used another Dev command to delete the glitched pot. RimWorld threw an error message (something about trying to delete an already-deleted object). The game didn't crash, but now I'm afraid to save the game for fear of producing a glitchy save.........

Oops.

Strange that nobody mentioned Rimworld marriages yet... with their tradition to end as mass organ harvesting from prisoners. Bonus points if newlyweds are both doctors ^_^
