Also, neutroamine is sold in large quantities by bulk traders. If you plan to buy it before you need it, you should never have any problems. I have never been in a situation of not having any. A comms console will open up additional avenues of trade, and in higher quantities.
So its the scar then, huh? Okay...yeah probably worth it in the long run to get mod for covering that. No use having a high social if he can't use it!
Alright, thanks Monoxide.
I mean face coverings negatively change your trade prices; I have the Westerado mod that has bandanas as face coverings and I think its a -20% or something.
And im not 100% its the scar, but I believe that it is. If you click the i icon on a pawn, you should be able to scroll down and see something titled "trade prices" or "trade negotiation prices" or something similar, that will tell you what you want to know. Even drugs will negatively change this value.
Look in the colonists 'Health' tab for any facial disfigurements, in particular. Missing nose, missing jaw, poor hearing (I think?) will affect trading for sure. If the colonist is sick at the moment that will affect it, also.
Look at their traits, too. Ugly, mouth breather, those sorts of things, may put people off for trading, but I'm not 100% sure on those ones.
Neutroamine should not be a problem since you know to look out for it. Non-tribal traders and settlements will occasionally have a stock, but the orbital traders are the most common way of getting it. They can carry huge supplies.
She's STILL withdrawing, at around 43% now and its taken so long that I already have a nice bedroom set up with excellent furniture, statues...was able to buy her a bunch of smokeleaf...so she's finally fine. And funny thing...it was almost a palpable relief once she was. Like, it was angsty as hell playing this game with this person getting more and more crazy, such a relief to not have to deal with that anymore. Good lord man, talk about intense.
Anyway, good idea, I didn't know it fetched a nice price =D
Thanks for clarifying. But I swear I can't find anything about this guy that'd indicate any health problems, grabbing a screen pic here, and look...he's weakened and stuff...never fricking noticed that, but from what??

Okay, well my bad, he's definitely...something, but can't for the life of me figure out what. Btw...mouth breathers? Really? LOL too funny!
That's a trip how many stats are weakened because of some neck injury he's been carrying around.
Someone want to make a neck-replacement mod real quick? =P
Well there it is...alright, learned a bit here, never even really saw that "i" down there. Thanks a lot for the help.
I use a mod that removes the scar through a medical procedure but I also have a mod that adds a mystic shaman that can remove the scar, and finally, in vanilla, there is the healer mech serum which could help.
So you have many options to remove the scar.
As for how much prices are affected by a colonist who is sick or injured doing the trading, at some point you may be so rich in silver already that you don't really care anyway, not as much as wanting the pawn to work up social skill.
And this is your chief negotiator .
Welco<gasp-wheeze>me to the com<gasp-wheeze>munity of <gasp-wheeze> imadummy. We <gasp-wheeze> have a large<gasp-wheeze> collection of go<gasp-wheeze><koff> good availab<gasp-wheeze>le for trading to<gargle>day. Any offers? <kof-koff-retch-gurrr>
The other is that he's got this gaping, sucking wound on his neck making wet gurgling noises as he slushes in air to ask about the price of medicine or whatever, dude is annoyed with having to try keeping his lunch down...
Either way, its hard not to be a little impressed that it actually made some kind of difference. Its kind of neat to keep finding previously unknown levels of detail here, you know?

Me? I got 2 megaspiders in some cave I discovered. Now to find out how to best deal with them =P
Oh, my girl's withdrawal is at 70-something percent, so just going to go for it here. I don't need no stinking neutroamine. Gave her some yayo anyway -P
