Can I cook food if I make a room with like a temperature of 100 celcius?
Will the boar just burn up?

Yeah but if all of the room is burning then the meat will just vanish, but if the mob is the only things that's burning then they will die and then they will drop cooked meat

Yeah, and OP asked if the boar will just burn up, so he wanted to know if it would cook when on fire.

Haha, in minecraft I remember making an elaborate contraption for turning eggs collected from my chicken farm into roast chickens. That was ages ago though.

you guys just gave me an idea for a cruel but effective way to produce roasted chicken.

Make the ground made of that underworld rock that burns, but those shooter blocks with flint at the bottom and have above a chicken farm that automatic picks up the eggs and shoots them at the trap room

Then once a decent amount of chickens are there you activate teh fire mechanism that burns them all. Then you activate teh second buttom that lets out a waterwall that brings the chicken to an exit for you

No, but I wish you could.

Mine had a single burning block suspended over a small pit. The collected eggs where shot from a dispenser so the chickens would hatch and fall on the burning block, catch fire, and drop down to finish cooking, that way they where away from the fire which would burn up the meat if it stayed on flame. A lever would release a block of water which funneled all the cooked meat to a pickup area. It wasnt fully automated but it was pretty neat.

An even more effective way is to google "minecraft cooked chicken farm":
