What’s NO mean next to an event in dev mode?
I’ve tried googling this and looking on the forums, haven’t found anything. While messing around with dev mode I noticed some events you can spawn have [NO] (such as a volcanic winter) next to them in the menu, what does this mean?

My best guess is that under the current game and storyteller conditions [NO] means that incident cannot occur because it recently happened or is not compatible with your biome.

That’s what I thought but I ended up getting a volcanic winter a bit later. If you click on it then it causes that event to happen as well. Wondering if it’s a permanent event kinda thing
