Removing mood debuffs for too much biotics
I've seen this mod come and go a few times on here, why do they keep going, and could we maybe get a permenant version of it?

Not entirely sure if I'm getting what you're saying, but: the only pawns getting mood debuffs for bionics are "Body Purists". On the other hand, "Transhumanists" get positive mood buffs. Those are constant (when the same amount of trans-/implants is present).
is weird because i've been told several times that if you give a pawn 2> bionic parts then they begin getting permenant mood debuffs, is this not the case?

Haven't seen that yet but it would make sense now that we can make bionics..
i'm pretty sure it's a thing, and all i want is the bionic bob the builder so i can get stuff built faster but i wouldn't be able to deal with mood debuffs like that
I heard a version of this where they might just flip out(mental break) from too much bionics, regardless of their prostophobe/prostophile traits.

That's attibuted to implanting people with an AI core.

Bionics themselves don't do that. There's been no update that makes cyborgs paranoid or anything, and i've been running around with at least a few of those in every game, and i can't see these kinds of results ever.

Alright, fair enough.
What's the positives of having AI core on pawn?
The only ones who get a mood debuff from bionics is body purist.

Not true, all pawns except transhumanists will get a debuff based on how borged out they are. Some depending on traits get it bigger and faster.

As will all mood debuffs if their mood gets low enough they can have a break up to and including violence but the AI Core implant is what makes them go on a murder spree.

Not sure about a mod that removes the debuffs but I generally run a tight ship and keep the moods up well enough that it balances out. I used to Borg out everyone but now just my best fighter and if he starts getting flakey I just let him dip into the crack pipe occasionally.
I have a colony with multipple pawns without transhumanist trait, but almost every possible body part bionic, still no debuff.

Just...no. If that's the case for you, it's caused by a mod. I've cyborged pretty much everyone I have in all my lategame colonies and don't get that. Transhumanists get buffs, Body Purists get debuffs, everyone else doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥.

Tell this to my 4 (+6 half baked) bionic pawns, that has not a single mood debuff for years for having every single possible organ, limb and spine replaced by bionics, except ears... there isn't too much use of them...
I realy have no idea what games you're playing, but it's definitely not Rimworld if you have these issues.

AI Persona Core isn't a base game implant. If we are talking about the EPOE one, it adds a bit to consciousness I believe, which boosts most stats. It hasn't been worth installing for most of it's existance in that mod, I don't know if it's currently balanced, but I still wouldn't use it. There are other mods that add better brain implants that don't cause your colonists to randomly crap out.
