Speed up not working

Hi there,

Does anyone know why my speed up isn't working?
I'm playing on a laptop that runs standard games fairly well and its quite new so I doubt its an issue of that...
I have a few basic mods set up...
Most of the game play works fine but every few hours the speed wont go past one and restarting doesn't fix it. :(

Are the 'speed up' buttons grayed out? The game disallows and grays out the speed up time functions at the start of a dangerous event.

My girlfriend is using my second account to play Rimworld.

I'm 100% sure its a mod conflict somewhere because if I start a new game on the laptop, everything is fine. I'm also quite sure its not the size of the map/village as I have had larger and more demanding playthroughs will little to no issues.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved.

Start+R > %appdata% > (Move back a folder to %appdata% from romaing) > LocalLow > Ludeon Studios > Rimworld by Ludeon Studios > Saves.

I cleared out all the old saves and that seems to have solved the issue.

Thabk you, I had 700 mb of old saves that were slowing my game down to 3 fps whenever it rained

Hi, i'd like to know, which folder was it that was moved back? I can't find anything related to RimWorld in that folder, everything is where it's supposed to be.
