Batteries fully charged but nothing is powered - Please Help!

Semi-inexperienced at this game. Loaded my two month old save and have this messed up problem.

I have three fully charged batteries, but they are not powering my grid. The switch to them is on. The grid has no breaks that I can see.

What is going on here?

Interesting, don't take this the wrong way but you're smart enough to put a switch on your batteries,,, but didn't notice the solar flare icon over there --------->

I don't have much room to talk I guess, I keep losing the "floors" icon over <--------there all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time.
