I have an item but cant find it?

I have an incendiary launcher( i could see it and sell it to a trader at my colony)
but...i cant find it anywhere in my stockpiles
I even made a critical stock pile for it , but noone transfers anything
i just have 2 stockpiles , ( i am really early on in the game )
Any help would be appreciated :)

The easiest way I know off is to simply add the InventoryTab mod to your game....it adds a tab with a search bar and you can search for your incendiary launcher...if you then click on the search result it takes you directly to the stockpile it's in....if it's not listed then it's either equiped or not in a stockpile (maybe laying out on the ground somewhere)

There are a couple of other mods out there that also let you search for items, but as Overeagerdragon mentions, InventoryTab is a good mod to solve this problem.

Make a caravan. Only item to take along is that launcher.
Eyeball the person that loads the caravan.

Its unsophisticated, but it works and its fast
