How to re-enable Dev mode.

Yes, I know it is my own fault. Yes I have looked on the forums. Maybe I'm just blind, I'm certainly stupid. But I didn't actually read the full message pop up, I thought it would be disabled for the game I was in, if anyone could help me out it would be very appreciated.

Under options you could activate it again.

The in-game message just tells you to use google so you didn't miss much.
