how to craft or build a telescope

You can't build one, look for an exotics trader.

Or mods, there's a mod that let's you build telescopes and the ring game wtf ever it's called.

Can't remember the name of the mod but using the search function on the mod pages will probably help.

You shouldn't use a telescope in the first place. It only has a 100% effectiveness, equal to the horseshoe pin. Get rid of both asap.

Build quality chess and billiards table instead, they have 135% effectiveness. Same as a megascreen TV.

it ask for 6 type of joys but i have only 5, it seems the best option becuz other 2 are drug and food.

It always took into account variety. Effectiveness is simply how fast they get it.

1. Chess
2. Billiards
3. Megascreen TV
4. Viewing a legendary statue
5. Praying/meditating in own nice room
6. Relaxing socially

That's more than enough variety, get rid of the other crap. If you see them going for a walk or some other nonsense, draft/undraft.

And the most important reason not to use a telescope is to make the pawn get joy in the recreation room, for the rec room mood buffs. The telescope has to be outside.
