Yeah, I was excited for 64bit, too, but there's a bug in steam apparently that causes it to try to copy some of the 64-bit stuff over old versions that have no 64-bit version (like beta 18 or earlier), completely breaking those older versions for people trying to continue runs or work with ancient mods or whatever.
Tynan cares even about the people who can't let go of the past.
Anyone who purchased via the Ludeon website, the 64 bit download is now also one of the available downloads. So now when you go to the download page you'll see:
RwLinux
RwMac
RwWin(32bit)
RwWin(64bit)
Prototype Pack
Thanks for that!
Liking this idea.
Apparently it is now set so that Steam serves the version you need for B19. So you will only have the appropriate exe for your system in the games folder. i.e. 32 bit OS get the 32 bit exe, 64 bit OS get the 64 bit exe.
**Not sure of this following paragraph**
This is still causing something kinda weird fol old version apparently (just by reading some threads, not sure if this is true for everyone), when launching you need to click play through the Steam library to make sure the game launches.
