Report a translation problem
The mod says it makes it like you are playing in Tribal as opposed to normal mode. Where you would still be able to at least build walls. But it actually takes away all research entirely. I was messing with it last night and found I'd have to research to even make walls or doors.
This transforms your RimWorld experience.
-Requires new save file.
-Modifications to the "Naked Brutality" Scenario.
-Changed Naked Brutality scenario from a "New Arrivals" to "Lost Tribe".
-Modifications to all Scenarios.
-Removed the Tribal start/Classic start tags.
-All scenarios have no research finished; regardless of tech level
-Starting research begins with a simple research bench.
-Structures that require "Complex Structures" research.
-Simple research bench
-Butcher table
-Fueled stove
-Sculptor's table
-All furniture now requires "Complex Furniture" research.
-To revert changes, just disable mod and start new game save.
My guess is that all wood supplies are forbidden and he hasn't felled any trees on his own yet.
You get only the options to build walls (or floors) from the materials available to your colonists
