Any way to learn every research/recipe from the start? (not god mode)

I want to do something just for fun and have everything locked from the beginning and unlock every research/recipe instantly. is there a way I can do this?

Are you asking about removing all the prerequisites for technologies and unlocking them all from the start, with nothing researched?

I assume this is doable through modding, but nothing built-in would allow you to do it.

You can probably do this by enabling dev mode, and just unlocking each tech.
