Report a translation problem
To test this, I would make a save spot for testing, then delete ALL tables/jobs except the stone cutting bench, set the pawns to only do the crafting job, and see if anyone picks up stone cutting. If so, then I would assume there are some priority conflicts. If they still do not do the job, then you might have something bigger wrong.
1. checked that colonists are idle
2. removed all designations except crafting
3. waited for a while
Observed result: nothing happened
After that I again checked that if I appoint manually, they cut the stone once (they have the skills and materials)
I didn't delete all tables but if you think it's necessary I can try. Looks like its a mod problem indeed. Does anyone have ideas/observations? It will be super tedious job to figure out which mod creates the problem :(
