Cornea implants
I have a level 20 shooter with a tactical cornea implant which gives +.5 accuracy and -15% aim time. If I give him advanced bionic eyes will he lose that implant? If so then which is better overall the implant or advanced bionic eyes?

I'd never even heard of the tactical cornea implant before. This is the closest I've been able to find for an analysis:

See the comment thread by "El17ROK" a bit further down in that post.

Basically, it seems that the TCI is better for pure combat, while the advanced bionic eye better for overall use, since sight affects much more than just combat.

Forgot to mention it’s part of the EPOE mod. The advanced bionic eye gives a range (visibility) boost too though that’s why I’m not sure which is better.

I would argue that a range increase would be uniquely valuable for your snipers; beyond that, probably not necessary. I find that I use my snipers in two main scenarios - dealing with mechanoids, especially Lancers, and dealing with sieges. In those cases, the extra range is very useful. For all other cases, I usually have my snipers just switch to faster-firing weapons, like assault rifles, LMGs, or heavy SMGs - in those cases, I expect the range increase would be of negligable use.

So bottom line - I'd expect that the advanced bionic eye would still be a better bet, unless your pawn is pretty much exclusively used for combat, in which case I'd give them the TCI if they were not snipers.

He carries around an antimaterial rifle as his primary so he’s only a sniper now. The thing is that he goes and raids so much that I expect him to not be doing much more crafting so that’s why I’m torn. I might just say screw it and drop the eyes in him

I use both. Left is Advanced Bionic, Right for Cornia Implant.

I’m doing that as well, but I just don’t know if I need to take the plunge and do the other eye
