Harvest and install kidney
Harvested kidney from prisoner, but can't seem to install in my colonist that needs a kidney. Only choices are remove kidney from colonist. If I remove both, he dies with still no option to install.

You have to remove the bad one first. Is the good one in storage? Accessible?

Tried removing old kidney first, still no option shows to install kidney. Yes, harvest kidney is available on resource zone.

Check your tech, and are you running any mods that MIGHT alter this in any way. EPOE or something?

See if the option is available on another colonist also.

Figured this out, RBSE mod was causing the problem. Seems RBSE not compatible with B19. Was also preventing from installing prosthetics.

1. RBSE is updated to B19 and works just fine.
2. RBSE locks organ and prostheses transplant/installations behind their respective researches.
You need to research bionics to install bionics, and research organ transplantation to install harvested organs.
