Removing traits through hypnosis or surgery

Is it possible in vanilla or with a mod to remove some traits you don't want. There is a rationale for that (anyway, in single player, each find his enjoyment where he wants :-)

I mean it is not that stretch that through hypnosis or with a good psy, you can have a paranoid be 'normal' again. Or that someone with a bad back get some surgery to remove the issue.

So? I would be interested by the possibility..!

A mod called Prepare carefully lets you give and remove traits from pawns as you're starting a game, and a bunch of other things, but as far as rimworld-generated pawns goes im not entirely sure, the only thing close to that i know of is a mod that lets you remove scars non-cheat like,

other than that i'd say just do some digging around the workshop and the forums,

IIRC you can treat addiction and remove pyromaniac trait with this mod. You need a doctor with relatively high soc. I haven't used the mod in a while, I had issues with it.

I got a mod idk which one that makes it possible to treat pyromania
But maybe I can treat more than this idk
It's maybe vanilla tho idk I installed mod early when I started playing
