Constant eletrical explosions

I can only rebuild my wind turbines so many times a day. This seeming random event happens like every doay for me. doesnt matter is the wires are inside steel walls or ran through stone. does anything reduce this event or is it just random.

It's just random and you're getting a streak of bad luck. It sucks especially when your base is very power hungry and so you use lots of batteries, because the explosions are stronger when more power is built up. I've had a boomalope instantly die from an electrical explosion in a pretty important and rather flammable part of my base. That was fun to deal with!

Make sure your batteries are covered as well, the only things that shouldn't be covered are your windmills and solar panels.

Just force solar tech throughh debug. They seem to at least not be destoryed so many times when the event fires (the same can't be said for the appliances that tend to burn...)
