Do sandbags and turrets block wind turbines?

They probably do.. easy to test though. just build one turbine with no obstructions and see if there's a difference in power output.

You shouldn't even need to check power, it will display a message in the same box as you would see the power with the message stating: "Blocked by 'x'" with x being whatever is blocking it. Most times you'll see "blocked by oak tree" or the like. but you could also see blocked by roof, blocked by wall, etc.
