Use that mod to get an easy to use filter.
There is a way to set up stockpiles via priorities in vanilla but don't want to type it all via mobile. If you'd rather not use the mod, I'll type it out next time I'm on desktop PC.
My crematorium's bill is set to burn all clothing that has less than 20% integrity, all clothing that is shoddy or worse, and all deadman's clothing. The working radius is set to 999, so this means that all clothing that fits these parameters will be collected and burnt by my haulers.

good post
lmao
Then I make a 2nd stockpile zone, with lower priority than the other one. This zone will also store corpses, but also allows the rotten ones. And i place this zone closer to the crematorium, and give it a bill to burn corpses, but i set the ingredient range so small so only the rotten corpses will be used, because it's closer. This way i can keep fresh corpses as food for my wolves, and once the corpses rot, they get sent to the 2nd zone and get burned soon after.
Or you just butcher them and keep the human meat later for making kibbles, if only they wont whine about every human they butcher. Thats the main thing which keeps me from doing this.
Yeah I go through elaborate similar means for the same reason. Some sort of no debuff causing corpse mincing machine would be nice, is there a mod for that? I should go look.
You can go to the game's core folder and find the related moods and simply change the value.
