Use that mod to get an easy to use filter.

There is a way to set up stockpiles via priorities in vanilla but don't want to type it all via mobile. If you'd rather not use the mod, I'll type it out next time I'm on desktop PC.

Make a higher priority apparel stockpile next to your crematorium, untick "allow non-deadmans apparel" from it. Make a bill in the crematorium to burn all clothes within a very small radius that only includes the deadman apparel stockpile you just made.

Alternatively I will sometimes micro my pawns and force them to pick up all the junk, then I draft them and send them to a rock walled room where I just toss a Molotov in and go have lunch. I use the allow dead man mod as well but I'm OCD so sometimes having a bunch of crap lying around is just too much to wait for someone to haul it. Also you can pickup like 8 items of clothing at once... whereas your hauler will take one thing at a time... which is super annoying if the fight was far from your base.

You just need to set the bill to burn everything, and uncheck the "allow non-deadman" setting.

Oh... right. For some reason I was thinking about rotten corpses while typing that. >_>;

I don't think I've ever built a crematorium... I usually let my carnivores eat any bodies and then I let them rot along routes that raiders take so when they come to attack they get a 'saw a dead body' debuff hopefully it's their friend and counts more but I've never checked lol

Indeed. I don't see a problem here. No need for a mod.
My crematorium's bill is set to burn all clothing that has less than 20% integrity, all clothing that is shoddy or worse, and all deadman's clothing. The working radius is set to 999, so this means that all clothing that fits these parameters will be collected and burnt by my haulers.

About dealing with corpses, I tend to place a stockpile zone somewhere in the corner of my settlement, where my carnivore animals have access to but my colonists rarely has a reason to go to. I set that zone to store human corpses, but disallow rotten corpses.

Then I make a 2nd stockpile zone, with lower priority than the other one. This zone will also store corpses, but also allows the rotten ones. And i place this zone closer to the crematorium, and give it a bill to burn corpses, but i set the ingredient range so small so only the rotten corpses will be used, because it's closer. This way i can keep fresh corpses as food for my wolves, and once the corpses rot, they get sent to the 2nd zone and get burned soon after.

Or you just butcher them and keep the human meat later for making kibbles, if only they wont whine about every human they butcher. Thats the main thing which keeps me from doing this.

Yeah I go through elaborate similar means for the same reason. Some sort of no debuff causing corpse mincing machine would be nice, is there a mod for that? I should go look.

Why not hire a psychopath cook?

The mood applies for all colonists, so it doesnt matter who butchers.

You can go to the game's core folder and find the related moods and simply change the value.

I always make sure and recruit a psychopath or two for rotting corpse detail. Currently I have two melee brawler psycopath chicks that recently became lovers. They do all my crafting. Would probably be easier to just make a crematorium... but when in Rome... have your lesbian psycopath brawlers arrange your rotting corpses for guests. Or something.
