Btw I have NO mods enabled.

Clearly this error is caused by error in a mod you have
despite you saying you have nothing enabled the game is doing somthing with somthing in your mod folders
does this error actualy stop you from playing the game or does it just pop up in your error log?
So you've had this error for four months and haven't asked about it? Or read the message? Its saying a mod you have downloaded is using the wrong way of saying what version of Rimworld its for. Completly harmless on its own. Easy to change too if you felt like fixing it, just open the mod's about.xml and change TargetVersion to targetversion and it will stop yelling at you (or start saying something else instead).

The only parts of a mod that the game will look at (even with all mods disabled) are its name and the about.xml file (maybe more but thats basically it). And thats where the error is coming from, its looking at the about.xml of a mod that you have downloaded but not nessecarily enabled.

Okey thx for telling. I can change the about.xml without trouble?
The mod might not work anyway (likely was for an older version) but the change will stop the error log popping up whenever you load the game.
