How often do settlements refresh their inventory?
For the purpose of sending a trade caravan.

Every 15 days, I believe.

In my experience... Yes, about once per 15 days. But only if you have NOT been visiting them in the meanwhile.

When I nag the neighbors with a trade caravan every second day, they *never* update their inventory. I can see some of my year 1 trinkets that i sold them, still in their inventory.

I have a follow up question. Of the factions that aren't hostile to you, one is advanced and one is tribal. My question is, does the tribal faction ever have things like components, hyperweave, etc to trade? Or can you only get those from the advanced faction?

I'm not really concerned if they have advanced end products to trade like TVs and hospital beds, but more the things you need to make them such as components, hyperweave, neutroamine, etc.

Components, yes. also plenty steel. (as both are directly mineable materials)
Hyperweave, no.... for that matter, you aren't going to find much at the settler cities either. If you want hyperweave or glitterworld meds, you are better off trading with ships.

Note that it is *possible* to find anything at any city. its just the distribution that varies. And of course they will have what you sold to them previously.

I often find hyperweave, etc, tribal masks at tribals. But the raw cloth? not so much.
