Understanding Clothing Insulation
I am not entirely clear on what the numbers mean. So if you have a shirt that gives -10C or equivalent in F to cold, or +15C to heat, is that like if your peon's comfortable-min and comfortable max range is whatever it is these numbers expand that range along the X-axis accordingly?

Ex. Peon says the ideal range is 10-20C. So wearing whatever that gives -10C it's now 0C-20C. Or, if wearing +15C, it's now 10-35C?

Yes, but heat and cold insulations are still seperate things because it's possible for example to have a piece of clothing to reduces heat insulation, meaning their max comfortable temperature is reduced. So a -5C heat insulation on a 10-20C pawn would mean they'd be comfortable at 10-15C.
