I cant use my stonecutters table?

I've created a bill and i have a dumping stockpile with the chunks that i would like to cut, but it says i need materials, why?

To work properly, it needs to have materials of the correct type in range of the setting on the bill. You should set the bill to look like this:

Your bill window will look slightly different as I am using a mod, but the important details are the same. Make sure the storage zone with stone chunks is within the range of the bill. Don't bother with a specific type of stone, set it to all. Also, if there's only one chunk in the storage zone, it's possible another colonist is already going to use that chunk at a table, which means other colonists won't see that chunk as being available.

i adjusted the radius and moved the dumping zone closer and that appeared to work. thank you
