Hand-tailoring bench
How do I make a Hand-tailoring bench please? It does not appear under the production menu. Does it have any prerequisite?

I'm not able to double-check it in game atm, but I think it might be that you need to research Complex Clothing? Only thing I can think of at least.

That sounds correct. Isn't that something that you get with standard start, but need to research with a tribal start?

If you start as a tribe, you'll need to research complex clothing in order to get the Hand-tailoring bench.

You can make tribal clothing at a crafting spot though.
