Strange letters on some mods

Some mods i have installed, have strange letters making the text somewhat hard to read but not impossible. I tried changing the load order and stuff, but it didnt change. Someone knows where this is coming from?

Tynan just posted about this the other day. IIRC you should only see that if you have dev mode on, it's because the mod is missing a translation string for the language you are playing in, the game jumbles the characters like that to I guess make it obvious. Turning dev mode off might make it worse as it will switch to I guess raw data or not display anything depending on the item, I'm not sure, it's not something I have ever seen while playing the game in English.
