Heal yourself

I don't find how to heal myself, if we are 3 and the 2 others are in heal bed and can't get out of bed, or if i play alone... I saw old threads from 1 or 2 years and said it was not possible... Still the same?
REALLY UNREALISTIC... ^^
Do you know a mod which allows that: heal yourself if you are still standing up? ( i searched, don't find).

First, you have to click on the pawn you are trying to self heal. Then go to the health tab and hit self tend. Then right click over the colonist and hit priortize treating self. They will self tend. This is all in vanilla and sorry if I seem a little annoyed
