Well it was partially a joke. I was implying what's the story with the massacre outside. And the random assortment of resources.
With the wood floors yeah it would kind of make sense if they deteriorated. At the same rate as similar counterparts. But then again it wouldn't make sense because it's not an item it's a thing that's actually built. Even though it's burnt. Either way it would require coding an entirely new system in and there'd have to be a way for the player to check on the status of a floor which you can't do currently.

"Floors > Remove Floor" works on burned wood flooring. You can then place fresh kindling as desired.
