Any way to force trigger the AI Persona Core quest?

My ship has been built for over a year now and I want to end the game... Can you do this with devmode or something?

There is no "AI persona core quest." It's a random reward for any quest.

If you keep triggering quests with dev mode, you'll eventually get one.

Was playing a Planet Killer map and lost because I simply never got the option to get one before it hit.
