I would assume a very hot temperature, but I wouldn't know quite yet, considering I haven't been able to keep the second dragon alive while capturing it.
I'll give super hot a try next time. I wont have more eggs for awhile though

Had a pair of Royal Dragons auto tame a few games ago that started laying eggs for me. I kept them in one of my pawns bedrooms that was kept at around 21 degrees (default setting on AC unit, lived in a hot jungle) and they hatched fine. I don't know if different dragon breeds require different temps for their eggs tho. Side note: don't let them sit where any of your other animals can walk around them, they may get eaten. Hence why I put them in one of my pawn's bedroom, where animals are not allowed (and it is temperature controlled) Hope this helps.

Additional tip: Dragons take a long time to grow up, like years. So you will have babies for a long while, but they can still haul and attack with their flame breath (if you have the ranged framework mod). Also, they won't be able to be ridden (if you have that mod) or have as much HP as an adult.
