Report a translation problem
Its a mod. Allows you to assign food restrictions on animals - just like on colonists.
Edit: Answers loaded only after I'm posted. I can see you got (some) answers. Unfortunately my tablet lost its sanity, I can't delete my post (tablet issues).
So the mod I'm mentioned is the pre request of the mod, what Kitten mentioned.
The main reason I say this is that any animals who self-tame will take that first one - and you don't want "A rhinoceros has self-tamed" to be code for "A rhinoceros has eaten everything in your base".
Probably just some mod messing with me, since I remember having this problem at least once before with the same mod setup as i have now.
