Can't make constructable floor

I've managed to do it a few times ago, but now it doesn't seem to work anymore, it could be mod related since I use many mods but I'm not really sure. Anyone knows a mod that could make it work again or a tweak or something like that? I'm starting to get low on terrain for building and this is about to make me to start another colony again, any help would be appreciate

Certain terrains such as soft sand and marshy soil can't be built on. I seem to recall filling in a few rooms with a few bridge segments until I got moisture pumps researched last time I played on a cold bog.

If it is mod related, those who could help with that would need to see your mod list and any error messages. A screenshot would help too.

"Can't" isn't a helpful description.

Step by step, what is it you are clicking on and what happens when you do? What does the game tell you when you try?

I guess I can't make normal floor from marshes anymore, but I thought I could do it before but I'm not even sure, or maybe it's something messing with my mods list or smt, can't tell

Might know what I'm doing wrong, I just need moisture pumps to turn marsh soil into regular one, thanks anyway guys

In vanilla you cannot place floors on marsh land. If you had a mod that changed this, then the mod probably stopped working properly. Regardless, if its a mod issue, its likely not something anyone on the forums will be able to help with (especially without a list of mods you use).

Yes I've got a terrain mod that allowed me to make regular floor from marshes. but somehow it has been broken in my latest base and stopped working, I will try to use the moisture pumps to turn them into regular soil, thanks anyway

You can build bridges, but the bridge will not support any "heavy" things.
Unfortunately, floor paving counts as heavy, as does wooden floor, and all of the "tiles" stuff.
Haven't checked carpets. I suspect they are also forbidden, even though it would make sense to allow.
