Any mod that allows me to race change pawns on the fly?
No offense to you glorious humans but I want to do a all xeno colony and not every race mod has it's own storyteller, most of mine don't, so I tend to end up with mostly humans.

There is this mod, where you can prepare your start, including changing every aspect of your starting pawns. I guess the name was "Prepare carefully".

I have that mod I love it so much. But that only works before entering the game world. Luckily I found a character editor mod that should allow me to do what I need. If you want I can link it here.

What mod did you use? I'm trying to use the "customize ur Pawns" one and I can't change race

I have both Prepare Carefully and Character Editor... Probably don't need both but I remember there being a reason I ended up using both. I can't remember.

Character Editor will let you change everything about a pawn on the fly, Prepare Carefully only lets you change at the beginning and it's easier to use. I have them both as well. I use PC at the start, then if a pawn wonks out due to mods during the game I generally fix them with Character Editor.

It's called "Character Editor", yeah?

Well, this is heretical.
I think what's being asked is how does one get new xenos into the colony. As in, imagine you start with X amount of xenos and all your recruits/wanderers enter as humans. Meaning your X xenos are slowly replaced by Y humans. He wants X to grow, not to exist as static starter pawns to Y.
I have no idea, honestly. I don't know how accessible the people behind that 'alien framework' mod are, but consider asking them, or maybe even if you feel the need to potentially humiliate yourself, suggest something to them possibly on their discord if they have one.

All race mods (from what I see) will add their own events, factions, and storytellers. Those are your best bets however you don't need to use a mod's storyteller. Any storyteller has access to the same events and factions and if you place your base close enough to a given faction and then piss them off you'll eventually get raided which gives you a reliable source of new aliens. You can also purchase them from slave traders might want to get the more slaves mod and a few trade mods that give traders bigger inventories and more money if you go that route. However in the end it's all RNG. Character Editor is nice because it allows you to bypass RNG just simply wait for someone to come for you and then change their race and then force join them to your faction and thus a new colonist. Or change their race and then capture them. Otherwise you gotta play the RimWorld RNG game.

Mm and thank you... You've given me a idea for a new type of colony to roleplay as.
