mod folder
is there anyway yo make mod folders so you can click on the folder in the mods list to only enable the mods in that folder...so you can have multipule save colinies that have different mods for them

This will do it and you can set up custom mod groups for saves.

PS - No muss, no fuss, figuring out which saves use which mod groups, either.

so i play alot of multiplayer...would that mod only load the mods for the multiplayer or would i still have you only have the multiplayer mods selected

Set up your mods however you wish, then make a preset. Make as many presets as you want, and when you want to play with a particular preset, load it up and start a game.

If you have several saved games with different modlists, the vanilla game will warn you if you are trying to load a save with the wrong modlist loaded and it will offer you a chance to load the modlist for that save. You could also just use Mod Manager for that scenario as well.
