If the man in black has turned up, ♥♥♥♥ has gone seriously south. In my experience he turns up slightly too late to be a saviour, I see him more of an opportunist attracted by the smell of death (and a free empty colony to inhabit). My last MIB was incapable of medical.

It happens every playthrough once, when all your pawns are dead, downed, incapacitated, etc... No luck. Standard game event. (Remember: only once in every playthrough)

It depends. But he's always a nice source of food if someone from your colony will survive ^_^

I wonder if one of my mods was messing with things, because there was no reason on any of them as to why they should be down. They all just dropped. And yes

Probably because I delete and start a new whenever all of the colonists are downed.

Oh? Then in that case, you've never let the game run on and have a wanderer visit and join the colony either... it's never over until it's over ;)
