Rimworld assets here: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?PHPSESSID=f9f77f202371362ee2c3bfa662553627&topic=2325.msg265454#msg265454 (Follow the dropbox link. Opened up to the public so modders could have an easier time of things, IIRC.)

Got Photoshop? (Maybe GIMP?) Set up your snap-to grid accordingly and force snap-to, then import or create some wall objects of whatever length and... enjoy. (Rotate, scale, etc, and snap-to will help you align everything.)

Honestly, though, if you just want to doodle without stream-of-consciousness-breaking hazards, nothing beats a pad of paper/notebook and pen/pencil.

Thanks guys, i have tried some of what you suggested, but the best i have found is Excel. I just color the grid. Fast to copy colours and to erased. It's like the "More Planning" mod.
