rapid ageing health condition
just wondering if anyone know sif the rapid ageing health condition is mod or vanilla.

In the games lore it implies this is a thing. But I've never seen it. Along with never seeing any of the other mutations it talks about. Beta.

So yeah probably mod.

Mod or an extremely rare condition that wasn't in any update notes.

You're using Sometimes Raids Go Wrong. Rapid ageing is a disease which can afflict raiders when that mod is installed.

There's a youth serum as a potential quest reward in the mod. It can reverse the effects of ageing. You can also arrest the progress of the disease somewhat by having skilled doctors treat them with medicine until they become immune.
