You also need to specify the types of crop, as some will perform better than others in terms of temperature.
So how cold does it get at night?
BTW, do they have blight? That is the only thing that will cause them to rot, as temperature will only slow or stop growth.
What is blight exactly? Couldn't get a translation for that word :D
Is there a poison ship on your map currently?
Look over at the right hand side of the screen, near the temperature readout. Let us know everything listed there. (or post a screenshot of that)

Each plant has its own duration before they begin to rot (you should be able to check the info section for each), which begins from the moment of planting.
Chances are you've got sub-optimal growing conditions, so by the time they're ready to be harvested they're also one-foot-in-the-grave.
Soil, lighting, temperature. Check how those are going, because thats the most likely culprit.
Don't be afraid to make a room with a SunLamp inside and a heater set to +10'C , if the outside weather is consistently inclement.
The sunlamp requires about 2900W, which is three wood-burning generators - but plants have a down-time so the sunlamp shouldn't be running 24/7, which should let you charge connected batteries.
Hopefully that helps. :-)
Edit: apparently I failed at reading comprehension. You already covered some of this stuff. :-)
Do you still have this issue with a new colony? Like, if you start a new save in a Temperate Forest, do you still experience plants rotting?
Anyway, Thanks to all of you, so far!
