How long does the "ate raw humanlike meat" social debuff last?
I don't want my cannibal's marriage to fall apart

Thus spake the wiki ( https://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Thoughts#Eating )

Raw cannibalism "I ate the meat of another human, raw, like an animal. This is a nightmare."
mood: -25
days:1
Stacks: 3 deep, at .25 multiplier

Know what's even more amazing? Reading comprehension, providing an answer to the actual question made instead of things made up on your head and not being a passive-agressive a**hole. He asked about the SOCIAL debuff a colonist gets, that lowers the opinion (-5) of peers that saw him eat raw human meat. That's why it was important to the marriage of the colonist, it's constantly lowering the opinions of the couple and it may end up in a divorce, and THAT would be a hit to their actual mood.
https://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Social this was the correct wiki link on the subject, and for the record, it does NOT say how much do opinions it last (or if they are maybe permanent)... it doesn't even contain the "He ate raw human meat" opinion listed. I do not have an answer to that question though, but at the very least, at the very start of my playthrough one of my colonists accidentaly ate human meat, and the rest still remember that and have that -5 opinion of her for that, and it's been quiiiiite some time since it even happened. Same thing when the mother of one of my colonists raided my town and got killed, her son never forgot and still despises my pawn that dealt the killing blow.

+1 you, -1 me.
Yes, I misread the OP

To answer your original question required digging in the C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\RimWorld\Mods\Core\Defs folder

It looks like 20 days.

Hover over any debuff in the list to see info on when it will go away.

Only works for personal thought debuffs, not social relations. Those just show the cause and value, not duration.

Ah! Misunderstood what the OP was getting at. Got it now!

The fact that that display IS of a timed duration, but there is no tooltip that shows this duration is, in my opinion, an actual "bug" in the game.
It is information that should be just as available to the pawn/player as the detail info on thoughts already is. Frankly, they are the same thing, just the thought that relate to others rather than just to self.
