Ressurector mech serum
So I can only get it from quests? Also I saw that apparently I can store bodies in sarcophagi in my freezer and I can use it on them when I get it?

Correct. It revives a colonist, assuming the body is viable.

Sweet. I saw that there is up to an 80% chance of psychosis if the body was old? Does freezing the body prevent this at all, or will I need a healer mech serum?
If you make a cryo room (A room AT or BELOW -20c, or otherwise FROZEN) then you should be fine. Take this with a grain of ice.

Edit: Wiki says " the initial chance is 2%, linearly increasing to 80% after 5 days of decay. Each are applied separately. "

Preventing decay (aka, freezing) will prevent this

I don't blame you. I only revive people with really good skills and whatnot

Yeah, don't need a sarcophagus, just keeping the body frozen is enough. Of course, make sure to put it somewhere safe so it doesn't get mixed up with other dead bodies, however you handle those - pet food, cremation, etc.

I rezzed maybe 10 or so colonists that were still fresh, all without lasting effects. (they all get ressurrection sickness and are incapacitated for a day or so, but that's normal)

I rezzed two non-fresh bodies so far. One had been buried a few days and only just started to decay, he was fine. The other developed dementia, but I'm pretty sure that was because of the cause of death (toxic, which makes the body start rotting immediately) and not from the res serum.

The sarcophagus is to prevent the "dead colonist left unburied" debuff for everyone.

Yeah im just super far into one game with a faction of super good characters. I kinda wanted to try and keep my main guy alive, as he has been alive for over 5 years now.

so if dead pawn is buried/put into sarcophagus outside with freeze environment like ice sheet, it never spoil?

Essentially, yes. As long as it doesnt break above freezing temps, its the same as putting them in the freezer. The only other thing would be if sarcophagus gets the "deteriorating because outside" status, but im like 98% sure it doesnt.
