Sweet. I saw that there is up to an 80% chance of psychosis if the body was old? Does freezing the body prevent this at all, or will I need a healer mech serum?
Edit: Wiki says " the initial chance is 2%, linearly increasing to 80% after 5 days of decay. Each are applied separately. "
Preventing decay (aka, freezing) will prevent this

Hmm ill have to try it
I have a few hundred hours and I have never used it lol. Usually I just get new people
I rezzed maybe 10 or so colonists that were still fresh, all without lasting effects. (they all get ressurrection sickness and are incapacitated for a day or so, but that's normal)
I rezzed two non-fresh bodies so far. One had been buried a few days and only just started to decay, he was fine. The other developed dementia, but I'm pretty sure that was because of the cause of death (toxic, which makes the body start rotting immediately) and not from the res serum.
Yeah im just super far into one game with a faction of super good characters. I kinda wanted to try and keep my main guy alive, as he has been alive for over 5 years now.
so if dead pawn is buried/put into sarcophagus outside with freeze environment like ice sheet, it never spoil?
Essentially, yes. As long as it doesnt break above freezing temps, its the same as putting them in the freezer. The only other thing would be if sarcophagus gets the "deteriorating because outside" status, but im like 98% sure it doesnt.
