Caravan Offer Gifts button Non-Responsive

Title.

Trading works just fine as long as the faction is at least Neutral, but clicking the "Offer Gifts" button with all factions -including hostile and friendly- does not produce any results except for a clicking noise. I am attempting to keep my Colony wealth low since it is not currently equipped for high wealth requirements or high point raids. I am willing to settle for simply abandoning items, but I'd prefer to earn some goodwill with this built-in feature of offering gifts.

I am running a lot of Mods and I do suspect one of them is the Culprit, but I'm not sure which one it is. I suspect mods that alter factions and the world map; Minor Faction Interactions and Faction Control come to mind immediately. Uninstalling these to test however is not an option, as they are not "save-safe removal" mods.

I would appreciate any information or insight anyone willing to part with can offer.

I believe that those mods might be at fault as well. That's the risks one takes when we play with loads of them. Happens to the best of us, man.
